Trying to maintain current weight & stay within 2 to 3 lbs.

Our Tribe HIIT Program pushed us to the next level...first time I Burned 400 Cals in 20 minutes.

Thx to the trainer, as he was my partner. Just a little pressure to keep up with the 30 year olds....haha, it’s tough giving up 20+ years!!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
