I had forgotten the saying Rome was not built in a day. Weightloss takes patience. I am having to go to the gym now at 10pm as I over indulged at dinner and I feel I cannot go to sleep without hitting a serious workout. Will probably wake up in the 92's tomorrow but that's okay at least I learnt one more thing today that will help me to keep my weight constant in the future.
