Today I am under my set goal weight. I hadn't been there since May 12th. Yesterday was a lift day, I ate under my calorie goal, happily exceeded my protein goal, and met all activity goals. BF down .3%
153.9 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
