Chessire's Journal, 12 August 2018

All is good. Started going back to my old ways of eating. Lesson learned! Aches and pains came back quickly and the scale went the wrong way. I am back on track!

PS. The Meg. Was a good movie! Even without the popcorn 🍿.
195.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have yet to go to the movies since I started hard core dieting because I don't think I can not eat the popcorn. Congratulations on pulling that off!
