Today's Plan:

OMAD (One Meal A Day)
Eating window 7:00pm-8:00pm
10 net carbs

πŸ’ͺ Right now my lifting is 3 days a week. I 'carbed up' heavy yesterday then 'lifted heavy'. Body is sore. Next week when I get back from vacation I need to join a gym. I have been getting 'easy wins' from my dumbbell set at home, but I now have to 'step it up' and get serious.

βš–οΈ So happy I lost a pound. The only reason this matters to me, is that I have gained 7lbs in 7 days 'bulking up'. When I hit 180lbs I will fast back down to 160lbs. 'Mentally' I cannot allow myself to cross the 180lbs 'threshold'. I have been obese all my adult life. I'm not going back...

πŸ›οΈ Today is a resting day. What I -want to do- is go for a 7 mile run and drop some pounds, but because of the whole weight lifting 'rest and repair period' I am now only running on Sundays. But, I AM at least allowing myself a -really long walk- (if only to deal with the desire to eat during the day). "Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder" will be consumed throughout the day.

πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ One huge thing that I am looking forward to when I get back to 'cutting' (losing weight) is being able to run as much as I darn want to :)

πŸ“Έ Thanks for all the support for my post yesterday trying to show my muscle (https://bit.ly/2MAzmLf). I'm not going to lie, I took a dozen photos until I found one that looked decent. Taking the picture right after lifting 50lbs dumbbells for an hour helped a lot :)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@rosio19 - yeah you really have 'maintenance' worked out. I would be trying it myself, but my desire to get 'muscular' is the reason I am having a calorie surplus at all. Otherwise, I would be out on a 7 mile run right now :)

112 lb. is mine , Though, I don't know yet what I am going to look like with a little more muscles, I may weigh more in the future πŸ€”. I just know that I want to look hot haha πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ’ƒ

@keilin-4 - I came up with my number of 180lbs because that is what I know I can lose in a month (to get back down to my 'lowest' weight of 160lbs). Otherwise, I have no other logical reason for my number :) :)
