This is why I detest weighing in weekly, even when just in "maintenance mode". I have no idea why I gained two pounds. I don't feel like I did, I feel like I was doing great. Then I hopped on the scale - wham! - instant downer.
I know, I know, it's one reading, I'll record it and ignore it and only worry if it becomes a trend... still annoying though.
But I also know that if I don't weigh in weekly, I get careless and let my weight slowly spiral. So... I'll be back in a week. :)
