Ok now I know my body is messing with me! 1.6# over night?? Good thing today is a gym day as I’m a bit frustrated at this very moment. Heading to the gym now as class starts in 45 minutes (30 minute drive) so I can work some of this out. Have a feeling my lifting will be better today 😉. Well maybe not as I have to do it after cardio, tai chi and stretching.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
