Wow...under 214...watching diet...cheating with snacks at night but killing it during the day, most days. Good walks in the AM. Doing a light upper body weight workout. I think metabolism boost with weights. Doing hills with walks also helping. Consistent walks are my base exercise. Thinking about going on egg fast. Happy as a clam.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
