I HATE being this heavy! Last week wasn't good because my sister & I had to arrange our Dad's funeral. Basically we ate out a lot & I didn't have time for exercise. Yeah, there was probably some stress/grief eating as well. I am back at work today, just looking to re-establish some routine, but I'm still a little out of it. I'm back on that low-cal plan I was doing before all this happened, hoping to re-lose the 3 lbs I lost a few weeks ago & try to get back into some exercising. I don't think I've run but one time since coming back from vacation July 1st, so that's a top priority. It's still too hot to run outside, but that's what indoor treadmills are for. Here's a vacation pic, just something to perk me up a bit.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
