Seem to be stuck here. I did really well over the weekend but not much progress. Maybe a little body revolt. Really cut back on my beer intake but the biggest issue I might have is the occasional splurge and trigger foods. Family wanted to take the boat out and no better food than pizza. What goes with pizza, beer...oh well.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are no "oh wells" in FatSecrect. That's a carb super overload! Skip the beer (the light stuff is nasty, too) and go for a fizzy water. You've lost 22 pounds. You can do this! Avoid those trigger foods. Actually, when we had a boat, we would take healthy food and no alcohol. Too many accidents on the lakes where alcohol is involved.
