Still the same:-p I hope that at least I am staying the same, that I'll start LOSING soon:-D
213.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I dont know if you feel it would help you at all, but some people find using their food diary really helps. It will keep track of everything for you and then you can look back at times you did well or not and see what you were eating then. You're dedicated so it will happen for ya! Hang in there.

That's a good suggestion ImLuuvd had, I don't use the food diary much b/c it takes time, but keep track of it on my own.

I've always wanted to do that... I guess I should start! Thanks ladies! I'm w/ you biblioholico03, I wouldn't be able do it on here - too much time... and I DO love to write:-)

I love to write too, just write, but I don't write stories or anything, I'm weird. I rewrite lists just for the sake of rewriting, lol.
