Lost a couple lbs due to the intense workout on Friday.

Continued the Exercise Program this morning with a Hybrid.

Warmup-1 Lap approx 200m

Strength:
• BB Thrusters 80x w/Partner
• Burpees 2x Every Minute

• Row/Bike 1 thru 5x Calories
• DB Drop 1 thru 5x Reps

• Run 800m
• Jump Box 30x

• BB Reverse Lunges 3 x 10
• Strict Pull-ups 3 x 10

Total Cals -500
174.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
