OK - DH is in canada for two more weeks. this is my time to "show him" I can do this. I want to get control of my weight. Moderation isn't working, I need a more structured plan and I've been on Atkins before and had decent results so here I go again!
Don't get me wrong, moderation is good, I just keep choosing the wrong foods to eat in moderation = my Mountain Dew, my chocolate fixes and the chips, these all out weigh any fruit and my vegetables. Hoping Atkins will help to get me to have better control of what I'm what I'm grabbing.
