Terrible night. I woke at 1 AM. Severe head pain. Did all that I used to do when I had chronic <god-awful (!)> head pain. Canceled my PCP today , via the MyChart app at 0400 hrs, so that’s cool. Another day of chill in’ and pt and exercises as able . FML, but understanding it’s just part of the “Gumbo of Life”💫☔️🌶😬

That’s funny. I was just thinking of my dad and how persistent he always was. I’ve a pic of him, a young bombardier/navigator next to his trusty no. 3 bomber. One had to be a persistent type for such dangerous and critical work
Later at age 73 an unnecessary stroke Left completely paralyzed on his right side and aphasic, he persisted regaining most his mobility, but never his voice- written as well, I found manuscripts for a novel...yet all that he persisted and died a good death.
Dammit, Yes, a proper reminder to persist.
