Ooh, baby! I want that chainsaw! Weight up. Yesterday was maintenance plus 200. Today is -500. All going as planned. Still will under 190.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
