41.6% Well, at least I am back down to where I was a couple days ago. Yesterday was another not so excellent day on the food and exercise. I did get in a long walk in the morning, but no strength training like I'd hoped. And, at my brother's all day watching my adorable nephew while my brother packed to move, I was not used to their food and eating schedule and responded by eating too much. Then when I got home I was too tired to do strength training as planned. That's okay, because my nephew makes my heart feel all warm and fuzzy. If I knew how to post pictures here, I would share. Well, let me try one more time:



I'm still going through my dishes and putting the extra ones out of the kitchen. Yesterday I did silverwear. I am also still working on menu planning, and such a tiny amount of effort helps so much! Yesterday for example, a little bit of thought and preparation allowed me to easily make a quiche (or something like a quiche, but with more vegs and fewer eggs) for the first time ever. That was fun. I like making new things.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

What a soooo cute little guy. Interesting idea getting the extra dishes and silverwear out of the way. The other day I bought new bowls that are much smaller at IKEA. I have read somewhere that smaller dishes can make us feel we are not cheating ourselves on portions...such as having a regular portion on a large plate. It can look sooo tiny...sometimes I tend to pile the food on to fill the plate. And that isn't good. Have a great day!!!

Thanks, ladies! :d yes, he is very, very cute, and the drool only helps! ;) glad I could inspire you re: dishes, ML. and today, yes, I have read that too. Maybe I don't do this as often as I should, but I have these small china dishes that my grandma gave me, so sometimes I use those instead of regular size. Now that I have cleaned out my cabinet I have one china dish and one regular plate in there. (In case you missed it, I am doing this so the dishes don't pile up, which leads me to slack off on the cooking and eat unbalanced meals). Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day, all of you! :d

I also use the smaller plates most of the time. It helps me to eat less, or I guess more the amount that I should eat. You have a cute nephew!
