OMG! I do wish I could take a picture of my scale reading this morning. I’m am now dow 95.6#’s in 5 months. NO PAIN NO GAIN NOW SHUT UP AND TRAIN.

Here is my workout from last night at the gym:


3 sets of 15@ 30#- Hip Adduction (total weight 1,350)
3 sets of 15@ 30#- Hip Abduction (total weight 1,350)

10 minutes on the Arc Trainer - 5 minutes at a walk pace and 5 minutes at a power burn pace.

4 sets of 12 - 4lb medicine ball off trampoline with waist bends to the floor

4 sets of 25 secs - Battle Rope Alternating Arm Waves

4 sets of 25 secs - Battle Rope Hip Toss

4 sets of 25 secs - Battle Rope In and Out Waves

4 sets of 25 secs - Battle Rope Double Waves

3 sets of 15@ 40# - Back Extensions

3 sets of 12 - Ab Bench

It seems to be working!!!! 😘😘😘😘😘

300.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
