Yes stess eating over last week. But I didn't do as bad as I could of. Instead of a whole pizza I had 2 slices. The worse thing was a burger I had. it tasted great but we (my daughter and I) got sick because of the fat. it was the Brewhouse burger at BK. Back on track.
341.0 lb Lost so far: 209.0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
