If I hadn't given in and eaten fries today it would have been a really good victory day! Sadly I'm craving sugar... what is up with me?
198.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

May I make a friendy suggestion? Your carb intake is very very high and this keeps the cravings alive. You may want to increase the proteins and look for fruits and veggies as your carbs instead of cereals, and rice, etc. They are not bad foods, but in the course of the day you want balance - not too heavy on the carbs. Good luck!
