I am heading over to Germany tonight. I have never successfully gone off routine and come back being able to continue. I truly believe this time is different and am somehow going to try to maintain Keto in Germany. I don't know what it will look like and I'm scared to death, but I can't let my insulin/blood work screw with my mind and get me off track. Must keep insulin in check and carbs out. No beer in Munich??? Gah!! I'll be logging my food, but there won't be a scale... Time will tell. I know what I want, what I really, really want and it's not the Gummi Bears anymore.
