Yippee! another pound gone. I hate going back on induction, but it is getting results for sure. I am walking more. we got a puppy in May, a mini schnauzer. I have to take her out at least 4-5 times a day to do her business. We just go for a walk until she finds the perfect spot. Sometimes it takes a little longer than I want. She lets me know when she needs to go out, every 2- 2 1/2 hours. We are taking her to puppy training. She has figured out how to sit and few other things, but she is hyper. Anyway it gets me out of the house and walking.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Oh I love mini schnauzers!!!!! Mine was the most mild mannered and intelligent do I ever had. He never barked a lot or anything. Congrats on the drop in weight and the new baby!

Glad to see you again, Diehard! I'm back too, but have a goodly ways to go to reach goal. Doing low carb version (like Atkins induction) of 8 Week Blood Sugar Cure. Going well after 5 days. A friend of mine has the same breed of dog and they seem to make nice pets - have fun with your " little one."
