Weight-loss, that is more like it. Was supposed to hit cardio this morning was too tired. Will do a concentrated session at the gym tonight. Need to lose at least 1.2kg between now and Monday next week. My wife thinks I am becoming obsessed with this weight-loss thing, maybe I am. I just want to get to a weight that I am comfortable maintaining. I think I will need to lose another 5 or so kilos before I get there but right now everything running well.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 130.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
