Forgot to enter this. Fluctuating 0.6# per day is irritating for sure. Somehow I don’t think it’s muscle gain from my gym and home workouts :/.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
