Today: W=48.1kg, F=20.0%, M= 36.5kg
I had a breakfast. Even after excercise, I didn’t feel hungry. I waited until I feel hungry. Second meal I ate was dinner.
106.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
