131/86 w/51 and 141 BG! Ate salad and crustless veggie hold sauce and cheese at Cici's then later Gardien chicken tenders. Weight went up on my cheat week. 194.6
194.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.2 lb a week
