I know, this is crazy. I’m not trying to loose weight. I want to be 118 lb. the weight just keeps coming off. Will have to add in more potatoes, pasta and rice. The diet I follow is because of a health issue I had in the past. So I am on a moderate to higher carb , moderate fat and protein diet with lower salt. I typically don’t eat as many fruits as I am right now but they are all in season and taste so great. I keep track of my vitamins, minerals and other micros With good old paper and pencil. They are just so crucial . I don’t know how all the people do it who are trying to eat as much food as they can in a four hour window. It seems that I am eating constantly but it Makes my gut hurt and nauseous just to think of being that full. My a1c is 4.8 and my triglycerides are good. And I’m happy. So will just eat a homemade fudgescicle for desert tonight for extra concentrated calories.
