So. Feeling pretty good. Just about to break the fast. 41 hours. I'm so close. Dropping slowly, which is fine at this level. Have freshly picked raspberries and cold oats ready to go. Looking forward to it. Checked my hive this morning. It's been one week. Bees are doing great. Adjusted a few things and had to move some burr comb that was out of a frame. Cut it with a knife, then gave them the knife back to clean, which they made spotless. (My new avatar is them licking it clean.) Wore the suit but not the gloves. Too sloppy to feel I was in control.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, H. I've done it once a week for the past 4 weeks, I think. Finding it tough to cut calories each day. Easier to keep it close to maintenance and cut a day a week.
