Active Recovery this Sunday morning with a brief time in the sauna & onto the Elliptical for 2 minutes & Some brief Cable & Rubber Band Pulls.

Finished with Renegade DB Rows w/push-ups. Also threw in an OH 1-Arm DB Alternate Snatches with 4 Rounds.

Burned 550 Cals
177.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
