OK, so there is too much of a good thing. Those Kale chips as healthy as they are, like any bag of chips it was impossible for me to put down and I overate. I believe I am retaining water, but for the scale to go up 1.6lb in a matter of hours is disheartening. Back to real raw perimeter food only. Nothing in a package in an aisle - for now. Back at er' !!!
255.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
