Not surprised at my gain. I know I can stop and reverse this trend. Focus!!
217.5 lb Lost so far: 67.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ah if you have been following your diet correctly it is probably just temporary water weight. it happens all the time

Baskington, nah -- not "water weight," unless there was lots of water in the ice cream and cookies I've eaten in the last week. :-/ But I appreciate the benefit of the doubt!

This has been a bad week for me too. Don't know why. No more stress than usual. Kinda mad at myself. But will try harder. I think every one goes on a binger.

sorry you are struggling to stay away from those deserts, maybe it would help you to investigate some of the keto fat bombs, I love having a little treat that promotes my diet. My weakness is chocolate and having it makes me happy. the higher fat fills in the gaps when I am low on my fat quota. there is a good lemon cheesecake fat bomb on the recipe list too. I have been testing different ones I have found on the wide web
