Lost 4.5 last week and found 2 of it this week. I think I many have to force myself to eat breakfast everyday. I did that last week because it was spring break and it may have made the difference. It's just so hard when I have to get up so early and get on the road for work. I've tried little things I can eat while I drive and they didn't really seem to help. I'll give it another shot and see. Hope everyone has a great week!
339.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 139.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling of breakfast pain. When I was commuting an hour to work last year, I almost always didn't get breakfast at home and then ended up eating a muffin (or something more sinister) when I got there. Some quick brainstormed solutions - maybe you could prepare a bag breakfast the night before (i.e. with lots of fruit or a hard boiled egg) so you could eat when you get to work, keep some healthy breakfast stuff at work or prep some quick and easy stuff to either eat in the car or at least to cut down prep time in the morning so you could eat while simultaneously doing all the things that need to get downmorning. My cousin preps all her fruit for smoothie making in the hand blender hopper the night before - then just adds milk and juice in the morning. You could put it in a cup with a straw - and presto car food. Anywho - hope some of that is potentially helpful. Good luck!

They do say that breakfast kickstarts metabolism, so I guess that's got to be good. I used to miss breakfast too... but then find I'd land up snacking by mid-morning on everything that I shouldn't be. I now always try to have something before I go to work. But some great ideas from Jennith if you don't have time before you leave home. I'll have to remember those myself, so thanks for that Jennith! Manda you keep up the great work there girl and have a great week. ;o)
