Great WOD this morning:

Chest & Burpees

AMRAP (3 Rounds)
2 Minutes Each Round

• 1 Arm DB Snatches 5x Each Arm, alternate
• Burpees remaining 2 minutes
• Achieved 76 Total Burpees!!

4 Rounds
• Chest Press Tempo 5x, DB Press, 10x
• Sumo Deadlift 10x
• Rotate w/Partner

Finish
• Renegade DB Rows w/Push-ups 10x
• Band Pulls, 20x
176.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
