Ya, this "no cardio- let your body heal" stuff kinda sucks! I miss the trails and the challenge of the burpees. I'm kinda bummed. Resistance and weight training is cool and all, but I love reaping the benefits of my runs :( Well, It'll be a true test to see just how my diet does this week. I'm going to try my hardest to be 100% on point with food and I'll keep up with my weight and body resistance work.

for the record, burpees and belchies are the same thing :) CJT, i just noticed your goal was a 6-pack. you know you can just run out to the store and grab those right? j/k hang in there, and watch the nutrition front..i know how much that sucks.

haha! Ya, that kind of 6-pack would definitely hit the spot right now! I'll save that for this Saturday, I'm going to my coworker's wedding and meeting up with my military unit's section. It's going to get waaaay out of hand. So I figure I'll stay 100% on the diet this week and reward myself with some saturday night craziness.

Those types of gatherings I have been a part of many times. Yes they do get out of hand lol! Better get LOTS of rest!

Rest? What's that? I'm on work day 8 of 12 today. Yaaaaaawwwwn. I'll finally get to sleep in this saturday before driving the 2.5 hours to Monterey for the shindig. I'll really get some good sleep saturday night unless I get too carried away... spins and yakfests are no bueno!

Ya, you know how I roll. My chicken wings and whiskey diet is the norm... so you can just imagine that night. When you put me and 2 of those guys together in one room, we become synergists for each other and cause all sorts of trouble! One time we were all on orders in El Salvador's capital finishing up a tour of duty and snuck out to go out to a local club. Haha! What a night!
