I had 2 glasses of wine with dinner. I usually weigh less the day after any alcohol. Then I gain the water back the next day 💦💦 But, I'll take it LOL 😆 I'm solid in the 180's it looks like. I went over my 20 carbs yesterday. That fried green tomato was just awesome though. I used coconut flour. Have a great Monday!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
