Not sure what is going on - still hovering in the same 183 - 184 # - FRICK! Just a little annoyed - will have to try to get a workout today maybe that will help. Won't be easy - Monday's are busy at work and the kids are coming for dinner... Dinner won't be a problem - I am chief cook 8-)
183.4 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know the darn scales make me crazy too

Per Dr. B. when you start losing weight, it takes your body some time to adjust in small increments. Hang in there. I was stalled for three weeks...finally lost a couple. It does take patience.

Thanks @baskington @Leenleen1 - Patience is not my best suit, but I get it, and if I want this to be real and lasting, there's not a thing I can do about it. Down today though 8-)
