Just home from a very stressful 2 week business trip in which I had to eat out every meal (obviously) and my whole routine was messed up. I got about 4-5 hours sleep each night, was in an incredibly stressful position leading a committee that was very active in the legislative process of the meeting, and had a lot of anxiety and pressure, daily.
I managed to get to the hotel gym every morning for 30 minutes of walk-run on the treadmill, spent some time in meditation each day, and abstained from drinking. That helped. I ate protein bars for breakfast in my room and did not partake of many of the multiple snacks floating around the meeting (chocolate, donuts, candies, etc). Managed to "hold my own" pretty well. (down a pound in 2 weeks time.) At least that's better than gaining!
156.2 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
