Good Sunday morning...530am..and waking up to rain..been raining most of night..would like to think it’s cooler outside..but yesterday after storms we had was so humid still...

Not sure what kind of trouble IL find to get into today..but riding on zwift yesterday let me know how I’ve lost so much muscle in my legs..the really easy riding I use to do..just to warm up the legs..was a challenge even though I’d ridden the recumbent bike..2 different workout...

Been listening to the you tube self hypnosis lose weight I posted yesterday...yesterday when I was in fridge I threw away a yogurt that was sitting in fridge..all I thought as I was throwing in trash...sugar...

Well sitting here drinking my green tea...listening to tummy rumble barely...to bad...burn the flab ...I have extra

Have a great Sunday...

Nice loss, Mike! Great that you threw the yogurt away - sugar not needed 😊

I've been following your journey for several months with great interest Mike. I had a torn shoulder (meniscus) years ago and finally had surgery to repair the tear after trying physio, massage therapy, exercise and time. The first couple of months were painful as you're experiencing but I'm surprised you're still suffering so much. I'm glad you threw away your sweetened yogurt too. You could try plain Greek. Plain 0% Greek yogurt is high in protein and has no added sugar. You could add a few blueberries or strawberries to sweeten it. I stir bran or ground flax in and sometimes some crushed peanuts. It's quite filling.
