I forgot to record my weight this morning! Tomorrow I should be out of the 170s!!!!!!!!!!!!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I've got 1 1/2 weeks until my vacation. I still haven't decided if I'm really going to go off keto or not. I'm scared/ worried and excited all at the same time 0.0

hey you are out to enjoy yourself. while I don't see a big problem with keeping keto eating out, but you definitely should not worry about a stray ingredient in a healthy item you eat. You will do what is best for you and the bottom line is you deserve to enjoy your vacation however you chose to
