I’ve seen 137 3 times this week but have been afraid to log as usually when I do I gain 0.4-1# after. I think it’s going to stay this time :). Sunday and Monday are my normal log days so this week I’ll have three in a row. Trainer said even after just a few weeks she can tell some muscle definition in my bicep so I know I’m gaining muscle slowly and losing fat too! Not sure from where as my measurements are the same but I’ll take the loss!
137.4 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
