Looking at my old pics (93.5 Kg) I wonder too. How I did this to myself. I think the answer is another question "why I did it to myself" and if we find this answer, we'll never gain weight again. Until then, will have up and down, fall of the wagon, back on track and so on. Keep trying my friend :-)

You have done so well, for so long a time, I can see a break from that struggle might extend itself, but you will find the will power to do it again! Tomorrow is a new start!
