THIS is why I will continue Keto! Within one week, I was able to get rid of my BP meds. Have a great day 👍

It was 130 / 90s. My diastolic was always jacked and meds messed with me creating too low BP. I did have elevated heart rate in the past (even when thin) working out arobically, so hopefully that will be cured too when I can get back to that! This was the best morning reading I've seen in years. I don't take often. No more BP meds for me! I just picked up my records from the cardiologist. I spread the word about keto to the mutually obese receptionists.I doubt she heard me. We're all letting the cat out of the bag! Take that big PHARMA SI@# IT 😂👍🌠
