Last evening was a bit hard fat loss wise. Glad to see it got rewarded. Had to step on the scale two times. Thought it had to be wrong first time. Goal achived. Have to set new goal after coffee.
169.1 lb Lost so far: 114.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
