Working on building my metabolism up I have started in my increasing my calories slowly. Will see how that goes.
218.7 lb Lost so far: 121.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeap that’s how. Make sure u tell ur self it’s for a good cause (metabolism). U gotta believe in the process cause u will gain some weight. But once u up ur metabolism u can start again n this time with more knowledge that way u don’t ever have to deal with this again

with the increased workouts it helps to adjust your calorie level. the slight change at the scale will bounce up and down. how your body looks in the mirror I think is more accurate along with how the clothes fit when you are seriously working it

Hi guys thanks for the comments, Baskington you are correct I am now at a stage when the mirror is now more important than the scales. At the beginning of my weight-loss, mirror was useless and demotivational now things have changed. Rosio you are correct the only thing is the mental thought of gaining back weight when I have been trying to lose. However I know I have to get my metabolism back up, together with exercise and unfortunately it's food increase first then metabolism follows so weight may initially go up then will come down. Alexk24 thanks for the comment. unfortunately for me fasting tends to make me lose muscle mass for some reason. I have found that I lose more weight just by eating sensibly throughout the day. I tried Intermittent fasting for a month followed by a month of proper eating and snacking anytime but cutting out food entirely by 7pm. I found I lost more weight with the later. For me it is as if my body shuts down when I fast and the result does not equal the effort also the kilos come back quickly, so for me, fasting has not really worked although it seems to go great for other people.
