I'm on a mission to lose 3-5 pounds. I know it's not a lot, but I've got to do it. I'm going to keep my calories online for everyone to see.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
