Another small drop on the scale!!! I could get used to this being a daily occurence lol. I ate well but went over my points by a few-- had a late night (small) bowl of frosted Mini-wheats. I need a time managed padlock for the pantry and fridge! Like it locks after 8 PM and doesn't unlock til the next morning to keep me from my late night binges. I wonder if such a thing exists?

This is Day 4 of dropping alcohol for 2 weeks. Alcoholism runs in my family (both my dad's brothers) so I need to be really careful. I think Cindy mentioned once that she and her hubby take a break every so often to "check themselves". I thought that was a great idea.

I got myself a reusable lunch bag to encourage myself to bring lunch everyday and to stop hurting the environment with so many plastic bags I'd been using. I actually got it for free because I just saved up my Swagbucks. If you haven't heard of that site it's pretty simple. I thought it was too good to be true but if you are patient every time you save up 450 Swagbucks you can trade them in for $5 Amazon.com giftcards. You get them by doing internet searches on swagbucks.com (it's a search engine like Google). It is FREE to join. You know me, I'm not spending money lol! And you can use more than one of the Amazon giftcards at a time. They also have it for the Canadian Amazon as well (that's for you, Cathy!).

I exercised last night and (barely) made it through the 1st DVD. I think it's going to take some time before I move on to DVD #2! :)

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1)the dream I had that school was back in session was just a dream! Ah, summer!!! I love you!
2)My dad realized I made an error on my taxes that is to my benefit... once I amend I will get a little more refund back.
3)The Flyers are getting everyone all excited and energized around here!

P.S. I think taking a break from drinking alcohol is a good idea on many levels. Good for you for paying attention!!

going down and going down! good for you! going over by a few points for mini wheats... you must have been hungry- glad you ate them and didnt go to bed hungry! keep up the good work!

haha and ps- keep up with the video- you can do it! everyday it will get easier. number two - i yell at the tv and tell her she is crazy!!! but it gets easier everyday too!

Yea Chris! Keep it up! You will find the dvd's get easier to do everyday! So glad you started. Hope you measured yourself first.
