Completed my single WOD this morning. Too hot in SoCal to attend the Group workout. It was in the middle 80’s prior to 900am!!

• DB Chest Press Close Grip 60x
• Plate Twist Sit-ups 60x

• Air Squats 40x
• Cardio 150Cals
178.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
