I'm worked in the yard most of the day yesterday. I have cycled off resistance training so far this week because I have had to try to catch up on yard work for this holiday. Today I can feel that my body is recovering from going hard last week. This is my fifth day of recovery. Yesterday, I ate under goal and met all activity goals. I'm trying to focus more on body fat percentage than weight. I'm seeing changes in my body composition since joining the gym in November. My goal is to get my body fat under 20 percent and maintain that regardless of weight. I am currently at 22.5 percent. My lowest percentage of body fat so far this year was around 19.5 percent...
