Dang it UP again after the weekend! Finally had 3 beers friday night, 2 on Saturday and 4 on Sunday....LOL...those will get me every time! Didn't eat as well as I should have since I worked all weekend at the bar and don't get a lunch break, so I also had a very late dinner.
Didn't get in any treadmill time either, but did get in the pool to do some of those exercises.
Back at it again today! Not giving up!!!
137.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
