Morning people! Saw a small drop on the scale this morning so I was happy about that. I need to get back under the 140 mark ASAP. Keeping track of points is SO the key for me, I'm disappointed that I allowed myself to slack off. I am cutting out alcohol for 2 weeks (like they have you do in South Beach Phase 1) as well.

Exercise is kicking my butt. I am so out of shape! I read that Baileyboo had to go right to the second DVD b/c the first one was too easy... not for me! I was dying lol. But hey, at least I'm trying! To be honest I didn't even make it through. I was too out of breath and thirsty. Tonight my goal is to make it through the whole thing. It just goes to show that size isn't the only factor for health. I doubt anyone would call me obese or even very overweight but I bet there are tons of people who weigh more than me that could have easily made it through that DVD.

Packed another healthy lunch today. We got a lot of fresh salad last night so I'm going to make something very vegetable filled for dinner tonight.

1) Carpooling to work w/ my honey all summer long

Keep at it Chris. Bailey is used to the excercising at that pace but read her journal from yesterday. She finds the second one challenging. Keep it up and don't beat yourself up. You will get it!

hey chris, so you are doing the slim in 6 videos too? i really like them. I am overweight but was doing turbojam and working out at the gym before that the first disc was not challenging for me. even if it would have been longer it would have been better. the second workout though, wow, that one i do struggle with. the leg lifts and abs- i cannot finish them! but i am happy about that, i want to see improvement over the next two weeks you know? sounds like you are doing well and really aware of what you are eating, and buring. I became really obessesed when couting points, though i still do, just more lax. i count more calories now but with keeping in line with points to make sure i am on track.. i learned alot from weight watchers too. you will make it throught the dvd , do it everyday!!!!!! and good luck;)
