You know?? I am really not disappointed by this number. I've been working really hard this past week.......I've been really watching what I've been eating and working out tons. I may be retaining water or the scale is probably reflecting muscle. Not sure what it is, but I know that it isn't me. I am really working very hard. I just have to remain patient. I know that inches are coming off, though. I can tell...:) My boyfriend is putting me through some "bootcamp" as well. I had a blast with him racing up flights of steps and playing frisbee in the park. I hope to lose 79 pounds (or close) by December. I am willing to really work at this :)

Sounds like you'd be gaining muscle if you've been exercising so much. You look to be losing fairly steadily, so a bit of a plateau as you add more muscle mass isn't a bad thing.

Thanks for the words of wisdom :) I really appreciate it! I was thinking that could definitely be the reason the scale is stalling on me.

Stalls on the scale can be annoying -but if we accept them as part of the process, it really helps. Then, suddenly, yoou will have a 3 pound drop or something and say, "wow, there ut us!" It also is so great when your partner is involved in helping you, too. You are one lucky person! My husband is my best cheerleader and encourages me to stick with it! Have a good day!
